…to push your A321 to the limit. This 8-leg event series takes us from our hub in Cologne/Bonn (EDDK) deep into the rugged landscapes of the High North. We aren't just flying routes; we are exploring the most dramatic terrain Europe has to offer! From deep Norwegian fjords to the volcanic plains of Iceland and the glacial valleys of Greenland.
Why did we choose these locations? They all offer interesting and beautiful sights, perfect to just use your Drone Cam and explore the area around. Below we listed the key sights of each event route.
Event Routes
✈ TMN2333 | Bergen (ENBR)
The transition from the flat North Sea to the vertical walls of the Hardangerfjord. Look for the vibrant, colorful waterfront of the city nestled between seven mountains during your final approach.
✈ TMN2334 | Rovaniemi (EFRO)
A "Winter Wonderland" with endless white pine forests and frozen rivers. The Santa Claus Village is located right at the end of the runway!
✈ TMN2335 | Kiruna (ESNQ)
The stark, industrial beauty of the Swedish tundra. The Kiruna Iron Mine, a massive terraced crater in the earth that glows orange against the snowy landscape at night.
✈ TMN2336 | Evenes (ENEV)
The world-famous Lofoten Islands archipelago. Jagged granite "shark-fin" mountains rising 1,000m straight out of the turquoise Arctic water during your descent.
✈ TMN2337 | Tromsø (ENTC)
The "Paris of the North" sitting on an island surrounded by the Lyngen Alps. The Arctic Cathedral, a distinct triangular white building visible on the city side during the approach to Runway 18.
✈ TMN2338 | Keflavík (BIKF)
An otherworldly, moon-like landscape of black lava fields and steam from geothermal springs. The Blue Lagoon is located just south of the airport, look for the bright milky-blue water surrounded by black rock.
✈ TMN2339 | Svalbard (ENSB)
Known for their pure Arctic wilderness, massive glaciers and floating sea ice. The Global Seed Vault, a futuristic concrete structure built into the mountainside near the airport.
✈ TMN2340 | Narsarsuaq (BGBW)
The colossal Greenland Ice Sheet and deep fjords filled with floating icebergs. The Tunulliarfik Fjord; you’ll be flying below the mountain peaks as you navigate the water toward the runway.
Unfortunatly we have to disappoint you, you will not encounter any penguins in Greenland. Please check Antartica for these creatures.
